Puppies born on June 22, 2021!
We are excited to announce that Lilly delivered 7 beautiful puppies on June 22, 2021. Laddie is the proud father. The pups are raised in the center of my home. As they get older, they are exposed to human visitors, cats, ducks and chickens, and the older dogs. They will take excursions around the farm and visit the Veterinarian at 7 weeks for a well puppy exam.
Lilly
"Sister Dream Keeper of Elon Hollow"
Lilly, DOB 5/2017. Lilly represents Beebe, Wilson, Cedar Creek, and Whippoorwill lines. At 55 pounds and 23 inches at the shoulder, she is long and lean vs stocky. Lilly has matured into a devoted, intelligent companion. She loves to go on farm rounds feeding the poultry and goats. She is a great, efficient runner, with strong drive to move goats. She is intelligent and observant, and can be often be found studying the people and dogs around her. She is negative for CEA and PRCD. For MDR1, Lilly is recessive/clear. OFA hips are "Good/Good" and elbows normal.
Laddie
"Cedar Creek Lad, Copper's Light"
Laddie: DOB: 12/11/2016.Laddie is 23 inches at the shoulder, trim and rock solid at 64 pounds. He is a gorgeous runner and powerful jumper, and he keeps all the dogs "in line" on our walk/runs across the property. When we still had goats, Laddie quickly adjusted the pressure he put on them to move. Initially, he was too hard charging; the second time, just enough. Several of his pups and his ancestors have worked both cattle and goats. Laddie is reserved and polite around strangers. but very devoted to me, my loving "english shadow." He is a loveable cuddlebug, a perfect gentleman, one word correction is all he ever required. Laddie helps with the socialization of his puppies as they get older.
