Elise represents the Jarrett, Piper and Wilson lines, with a heavy dose of Rebecca Wingler's Dillon and Becca in her pedigree.
Elise loves people and dogs but guards the farm property and animals. She alerts us to ravens stealing eggs and is self taught at driving goats into the pen as well as blocking their movements. Strong and fearless, she doesn't hesitate to pursue whatever hapless deer or bear wanders into the yard. She is wonderfully calm, intelligent and biddable. Elise keeps order on the farm, in the pack. She's my soulmate.
Coat: Very dark seal with white.
Testing Penn HIpp .39/.31. Negative for CEA, PRCD and MDR1 by pedigree.
Laddie

Laddie comes from Cedar Creek lines, descended from beautiful Copperfield and Maggie Mae. After begging Peggy Egertson for his paw, I drove all the way to northwest Iowa to get this lovable little furball, Laddie has a gorgeous, luxurious, shaded sable coat, huge, luminous eyes, perfect proportions, and eagerness to work. He is politely reserved with strangers, but devoted to me. He is self taught on "holding the goats" and driving them from a corner fencing.
Coat: Long, dark shaded sable with Irish markings. Negative for CEA and PRCD per Paw Prints genetic testing. Clear of MDR1 by pedigree.
Lilly, DOB 5/2017. Lilly represents , Wilson, Cedar Creek, Beebe and Whipoorwill lines. Intelligent, observant, and biddable, Lilly, insists on being the first to cuddle against me on the couch. She has unfulfilled alpha dog aspirations, but has settled in our pack of four English Shepherds. She is competitive in running, and with her larger , leaner frame seems to run effortlessly without overheating. Lilly shows tremendous enthusiasm to herd our five goats, or perform any job I can give her. She is negative for CEA and PRCD. For MDR1, she is recessive/ clear. OFA hips are "Good/Good" and elbows normal. Her coat is fine and smooth coated compared with Elise and Laddie, but is also "teflon" or self cleaning and resistant to matting.
